Description

The OYAIDE AS-808B V2 is a 75Ω digital coaxial cable with BNC plugs at both ends, for word clock and other BNC digital connections between audio interfaces, DACs, CDJs and other equipment. It belongs to the AS-808 V2 series from NEO, OYAIDE's brand for studios and DJs.

Conductor

The center conductor is a single solid wire of Oyaide's own 102 SSC precision copper (φ1.0mm, rated 102.3% IACS after annealing).

Structure and Shield

A Kordel structure is used. The dielectric is a polyethylene tube with an air chamber between the conductor and the tube to reduce dielectric loss, with low-dielectric Teflon as the inner insulator. The cable is double-shielded with a 100% copper foil shield and a 90% 102 SSC braided shield.

Plugs

The BNC plugs are made of Delrin and brass for high rigidity.
