Description

The OYAIDE SGBN is a speaker banana plug with a pure silver base plating and thick 24K gold plating, sold as a set of 4.

Cross-Slit Tip

The tip is divided into four sections by cross slits to increase the contact area. The tip length matches the 3.8mm standard used for WBT speaker terminals, and it is designed to work with other banana receptacles as well.

Dual Clamping Screw System

Two screws secure the cable. The 5mm stainless steel set screw is sized to fill the cable opening and avoid gaps, and the tapered cable entry makes it easier to insert twisted wire.

Pure Silver + Thick 24K Gold Plating

The body is CNC-machined from an 8mm phosphor bronze bar, then barrel-polished and hand-buffed to a mirror finish. Silver is used as the base layer with thick 24K gold on top, and no electro-nickel undercoat is used. According to OYAIDE, the silver base is intended to extend high-frequency response, while the gold layer provides long-term stability. The plating combination was tested through more than 18 months of continuous use.
