Description

The ZONOTONE GRANDIO USB-2.0 is a high-grade USB cable that brings ZONOTONE's pure audio experience to USB transmission. Available with Type-A, Type-B and USB Type-C™ connectors.

Conductors

The signal lines are ZONOTONE's original hybrid of ultra-high-purity 6N (99.9999%) Cu, high-purity oxygen-free copper PCUHD and pure silver-coated OFC. The power lines are high-purity OFC. Signal lines are 0.105sq (approx. AWG27) and the important power lines are a thick 0.226sq, larger than typical USB cables.

Separated Signal and Power Lines

The cable uses a 4-core system with 2 signal lines and 2 power lines separated inside the cable. To prevent noise from the power lines, the signal lines have their own aluminum wrap shield, and the outer layer is a double shield of aluminum wrap and high-density copper braid to block external noise.

Double Jacket

A tough two-color nylon braid over the PVC sheath forms a double jacket that also helps with vibration damping.

Connectors

One-piece molded connectors with 24K gold-plated contacts.
