Description

The ZONOTONE GRANSTER AC-3000 is a 2-core interconnect cable that inherits the structure of ZONOTONE's upper models, available with RCA or XLR connectors.

4-Material Hybrid Conductor

The conductor is a hybrid of ultra-high-purity 6N Cu, high-purity oxygen-free copper PCUHD, high-purity oxygen-free copper C1011 and high-purity OFC, blended in ZONOTONE's original “golden ratio”.

DMHC Structure

Each core uses the independent two-layer structure of dissimilar materials adopted in the upper models. With 2-core conductors, this corresponds to a 4-core structure. According to ZONOTONE, it achieves resolution and S/N close to the upper models.

Balanced Transmission (XLR)

The XLR version has a separate GND wire in addition to the two signal conductors, and the shield is grounded on one side (source side) for stable signal transmission. It also suits high-end AV amplifiers with balanced inputs.

Shield and Connectors

A double shield of aluminum wrap and high-density tinned copper braid is used. RCA: ZONOTONE's original precision-machined plug (nickel-plated cap, 24K gold-plated pin, max. cap diameter 13mm). XLR: Neutrik professional connectors with gold-plated contacts (max. diameter 20.5mm).
